Anza Studios
Operations & Brand Lead
October 2020 - Present
I’ve been with AnZa Coffee — now Anza Studios — since 2020, joining organically through my relationship with the founders at a time when the brand was just beginning to take shape. The product was remarkable, but the brand identity had yet to be defined. I immediately saw its potential, an elegant alternative in a world of stainless steel espresso machines and felt driven to help it stand apart.
Since then, I’ve led the evolution of the brand, beginning with its visual direction and building out a wider marketing ecosystem: content strategy, partnerships, tone of voice, and a consistent publishing rhythm. Through this, our organic social following grew from 7K to over 30K within two years, driven by considered storytelling and community engagement.
More recently, I led the rebrand to Anza Studios and creative directed the development of a new website, aligning the digital experience with the brand’s next phase. Alongside this, I helped establish our first physical retail presence with Goodhood and supported our first exhibition at Milan Design Week, important steps in bringing the brand into physical and cultural spaces.
As the company has grown, so has my role. I now lead Anza’s brand and marketing direction across strategy, identity, content, collaborations, PR, and community. I’ve also led the hiring of new creative team members, helping build a more resilient and ambitious team.
